Paper details
1. Try different papers to avoid ink spreading
2. Plain cartridge or ivory sheets are suitable
3. Normal Indian made drawing books with 150 to 300 GSM papers
4. Use textured papers to experiment
5. Hand made paper and rice papers can cause the ink to bleed
6. Any thick and smooth surfaces for Calligraphy pens are good
Ink details
1. India ink (ideal for drawing as it dries faster)
2. 40% India ink and 60% fountain ink mix will extend the drying time of the ink. A 1:1 ratio mix can be used to preserve the depth of the ink with a slower drying time.
